Graham Ware Bio

With a background in Justice Studies and Business Administration at Arizona State University; Graham Ware successfully completed his Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma certifications from Villanova University in 2004. Using his experience; he was mentored by the likes of a VP of Operations at a large telecommunications company owned by the Washington Posts Companies from 2001-2003. He helped set up a centralized call center and managed a team of 16 including the Quality Assurance department and Operations. His business process re-engineering skill-sets helped this company to standardize various processes across multiple locations offices across the United States. His collaborative efforts and projects helped save the company over $1.2 million dollars.
It wasn't soon before the industry started to learn about Graham Ware and he was recruited by an even bigger telecommunications company in 2003 in Atlanta Georgia. After nearly accepting an offer, as fate would have it, on the flight back to Scottsdale, Arizona, Graham was seated next to then a partner of KPMG; the big four audit and accounting firm. Estimated applications to KPMG are said to net over 3 million applications per year for a handful of candidates. By the time the plane landed the managing partner was impressed with Ware's ability to not just articulate but specifically identify various scenario based opportunities as it related to Operations Risk Management. The partner gave him a business card and offered him a position as a Sr. Associate.
Graham Ware started his career in search engine optimization in 2006. After spending 6 months in Hong Kong and 3 months abroad in Dusseldorf working as a consultant with various firms such as SAP, Deloitte, Avnet and others, Ware found a new challenge by a well known doctor who owned a website company but needed serious internal management help, from hiring associates, creating the proper documentation (NDA's, applications etc). In addition to that, Ware faced several challenges with retention. The product was inferior as the market the company was in was small (competition was low) and Ware saw tremendous opportunity to help the company grow. He traveled the country speaking at conventions to doctors about SEO and what digital marketing meant to doctors.
